GUIDELINES ON HOW TO CLAIM YOUR CME CERTIFICATE:

 

1. Click on Download CME Certificate Link
2. To claim your CME certificate, please click on the corresponding edition link. For instance, if you attended or registered only for the BPOF, select the “BPOF CME Certificate” link. Similarly, if you attended or registered only for the APGCS, choose the “APGCS CME Certificate” link.
3. Login using your registered email address and registration number.
4. If you registered or attended both events, please download your CME certificates by logging in to each respective CME link. Use the same login credentials i.e; registered email address and registration number for each certificate.
5. Click “Download CME”
